Welcome to a bright yoga and gongcenter in the small town of Akureyri, capital of N-Iceland.
We offer various classes involving yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yogaflow, gongbaths,
private sessions, meditation, healing sessions and ashtanga yoga.
We are a gong center as well and you can come, try and we help you own your very own gong. We love vibration and believe in the positive impact of sound on wellbeing.

Yogaflow and deep relaxation
Slow flow with deep relaxation such as yoga nidra or gong in the end.
We practice basic asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation in a respectful bhakti athmosphere.
Beginners are welcome to join as well as seasoned practisioners that enjoy going deeper into simplicity as we flow.
Gongbath
Welcome for our special gongbaths! We have 3 gongs in the center and they are playd intuitively by an experienced gong player and teacher, Arnbjorg.
The whole body enjoys the vibration of the gongs, every cell is rejuvenated and the mind comes to a stillpoint.

Welcome to our popular Tuesday gongbath at 7-8 pm.

Restorative Yogaflow
Restorative yogaflow as taught once a week at Omur as a workshop. Enjoy a relaxing, still and rejuvenating class where your body is adjusted and supported in each pose with props.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is deeply relaxing yogic deep sleep that renews your energy.
It is grounding, restful and peaceful.
Arnbjörg Kristín Konráðsdóttir
Arnbjorg is a yogini and meditator for the past 12 years or so and enjoys the ever unfolding path of yoga. She teaches and facilitates gong workshops as well as helping people to own their gongs on the island after giving careful contemplative advice in regards of receiving the vibration into ones own life.
She teaches slow vinyasa flow, restorative yogaflow, meditation, yoga nidra and gives gongbaths. She also studied in the teacher training program in Centered Yoga in Thailand and Ashtanga Yoga Victoria in the last few years.
Private healing and yoga sessions are available.
She is a mother of one, student in Occupational Therapy in the University of Akureyri and an experienced and licenced tour guide for several years.
